• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so an order can be taken and delivered.
• Your order history, so we can handle returns, resizing and the guarantee.
• Payment evidence you upload — a transaction reference and a receipt image — so a bank transfer can be verified.
• Your email address alone, if you subscribe to our letter.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, which is recorded by our servers as part of keeping the site secure.

We process your details to perform the contract you enter into when you place an order; to meet legal obligations such as tax record keeping; and, where we have a legitimate interest, to prevent fraud and to keep the site working. Marketing email is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Only those who need to: the courier delivering your order, our payment and hosting providers, and our accountants. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone to market to you.

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. An account you close is deleted, except for the order records we are obliged to retain.
